During April break I visited Chicago for the first time and had fun capturing the sites at unique angles. Chicago is filled with incredible architecture and art. I love the contrast between the old, classic buildings and the new, modern ones.

You got some fantastic architectural shots. I love the mix of the old and the new; the abstract and the stereotypical when it comes to the buildings and structures. I especially like the high-up shot with all those shadows!

I can see your work in Chicago was a great warm up for our field trip to Boston. You feature a lot of great, big, complicated architecture. You make the city look epic and I have to say a bit overwhelming! I can tell you took your camera with you everywhere. Good work.

It’s amazing how small this gallery makes me feel. All of the shots are of enormous structures or sweeping landscapes that seem to really encompass the actual size of Chicago. Also I really like how you used a ton of different types of architecture in your photos!
